Wow, that totally sucks! Problem is, they probably don't have any extras in stock to replace it. Would probably have to wait til July 14th to get the replacement, no?

Not necessarily. I exchanged iPad 3G 16GB a couple days after the launch. Even though they didn't have one for regular sale, they got some in the back for replacement. I assume similar thing will happen for iPhone. I'd still probably wait as long as I can though. Why not let all the dust settled down and wait till all initial problems are addressed.
 
At least you have your phone, mine started out in texas, and it is now in tennesse, and i'm in california....go figure...

I know it doesn't help, but Memphis is FedEx main hub. Pretty much everything comes through here. I live close to the airport. So around 3:30am central when the Fedex departures start I'll know your's is on the way.
 
Personally, I would go to a genius bar and get it replaced. This weekend, it will probably be too hectic. However, sometime during the week and before noon would be better.
 
Mine has the yellow line all the way across in the exact same spot. Mine is not as noticeable as yours, but it's definitely there.
 
Really, Really Suxs!!!

What suxs is that I got my phone yesterday. Noticed when using the back camera and video a blue line in it. Called support and they said the sensor was probably bad. So, I went at 6 a.m. this morning to the Apple Store, they got me right in and replaced it. When I get home, working with the phone I noticed a yellow bar across the bottom. You can notice it when in normal mode but in landscape, it appears down the right hand side!!! Damn! 2 phones in a day and both have issues!!!!
