That's what you think. 7.5" iPhone 4G has been confirmed here, should be available later this year.

how exactly would you like for them to change the form factor? it is a touch screen after all, there are only so many things you can do with a screen. i can see apple doing aesthetic changes like making the bezel flat or have square corners and upgrading the screen, but this really will be the form factorr the iphone will have, unless they go crazy and surprise everyone with a slide out keyboard or a flip cover
