My iPhone 4S is on 5.01 jailbreaked, and activated with SAM. If i upgrade to 5.1.1, will i loose SAM activation? Thanks

Save the Lockdown folder in var/root/Library.
After the upgrade and jailbreak, just replace it with the version you saved.
You should never update firmware until after new jailbreak tools are released.
