iPhone 4S Battery Life (JailBroken)

Hello, I. Have my iPhone 4S, it's current version is, 6.1.2., and it's Jailbroken, the battery life has been very very poor, I will charge it for 24 hours, then turn it on, then within 4 minutes it will automatically turn off, and need charging, but when I put in the charge, it turns back on and the battery percent is around 80%.

The iPhone is not hot, but warm in the back, I have no tweaks installed from Cydia, and I have no mail accounts to this iPhone, plese help.
 
Okay, I have un-jailbroken my iPhone 4S, but it might still be playing up...

I'm looking some solution about battery live and i though, i could replace battery but problem is i have no idea how, somebody can advice where i can fid solution how to replace battery?
