iphone 4s blurry photos

hi, my black 16 gb iphone 4s takes blurry photos sometimes. when i restore it, it works fine for 3 hours or 3 days sometimes. but then it goes back to blurry again. by blurry i mean it wont focus. photos are taken even worse than the front camera. what should i do?

i would love to but i bought it from a carrier, and i dont think they'd be very helpful.

Of course they would, it doesn't matter where you buy it from, they will definitely look at it and if it's defective they will replace for free.

Yeah don't even call just take it in to an apple store since its under warranty (ie not a year old).
