The screen is all black and I can't use the rear camera. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

No problem here. Try doing a master reset on the phone. Hold the sleep button and home button down at the same time until all goes black and then release buttons when the apple logo shows up. Maybe that will help??
