You'll probably need to line up very early and there's no guarantee.

It will be both places. I'd assume Apple stores have more inventory, but will probably have way bigger lines, so it should work out to being the same difference.

Oh yes. I wouldn't say the quantity is "low", I'd just assume Apple will get more quantity of both product and customers.

I ordered a black 16GB from the apple website and it won't deliver til 10/24-10/31. I'm going to be close to a Sprint store on Friday and will stop by to try my luck...question is, if I've already "used" my upgrade for the apple order, do I have to cancel that order prior to buying an iPhone in store (if available)?
