iPhone 4S Cellular data turns on automatically

I just checked and the cellular data switch in my iPhone 4S is ON. So i turn the switch off and lock my phone. I immediately unlock the phone and go back to Settings -> General -> Network and i see the cellular data switch back to ON. I have no idea why it is going back to ON, on its own.
How to find root cause and solution ?

Restarting did not help. I cannot do restore and such because i am on 5.1.1 and restore will update to 6.0 which i don't want. Not really a big issue as of now but bothering for sure. On top of that i have an international SIM in this phone but i have switched the data roaming off else i would be bankrupt with the data charges.

Will be checking with local SIM and also with my wife's iPhone 4.
 
Yes jailbroken, and also i think i may have found that it is. I have iCaughtu pro installed and that seems to be enabling data itself. What i did was, i just turned on wifi so iCaughtu pro knows some sort of internet is available and won't switch the cellular data.
Now the switch is not being set to ON by itself.

Still observing how this behaves.
 
Ever since upgrading to 5.1.1 Factory Unlocked Non-JB device, have been facing the issue with 'Enable 3G' rather than 'Cellular Data'.

Every time I switch on the phone 3G is automatically enabled. :confused:

Same happen to me....4S on IOS 5.1.1 Jailbroken, turns data on automatic:confused::confused::confused:

anyone have a solution on this...:(

i found the solution that may help

search cydia for Data Blocker and Data Toggle and install 'em :)
that will prevent automatically data turns on.

Removed iCaughtu pro... its the one cousing this problem...

now try to find a alternative tweaks same like iCaughtu pro..

I found that iCaughtU was the reson behind keeping the cellular data always on / auto on once you disable the wireless connection.
