iPhone 4S compatible with instant hotspot and SMS relay?

I can deal with it not being compatible with handoff as it seems pretty useless to me. On the other hand, instant hotspot and SMS relay are killer features. Any beta tester out there to tell me if it's Iphone 4s compatible? thanks

The 4S is compatible with SMS Relay (and phone calls). Instant Hotspot does not seem to work but you can still connect manually.

Phone calls work with Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth required. I have not seen SMS relay work.

Apple has not enabled SMS relay and probably won't till 8.1 comes out alongside Yosemite 🙂
