iphone 4s data quite slow

I have an iPhone 4s. The data on it is pretty slow.

I just got it a couple months ago and havent had an iphone before so nothing really to convert it to but it seems quite slow and others have made occasionally made comments. I have 4G on so thats not the issue. And today even on Wifi its pretty slow. Please help

Do a speed test dan and post the results.
If you're on fast wifi then it should be better then on carrier data.
AT&T 4G is just a faster 3G hspa+ network.
Unless you mean the phone is slow and not the internet speed.
