iPhone 4S heating up with light use?

I am new to all this so go easy on me, if I am doing something thing wrong.

So my iPhone gets warm/hot to the touch on the back, when I browse the web for about 5 mins or play few game like cut the rope or angry birds for 5-10 mins.

Dose this happen to any other people out there.

The iPhone is jailbroken and I am running the newest software from apple.

If this shouldn't be happening can i go into apple store and get a replacement phone?

If you have a lot of tweaks downloaded from Cydia, it could be the case. Try deleting all your tweaks or restoring AS NEW and see if they helps.

My work phone is a 4S, and it is jailbroken. I do not have much on it, and it gets hot from time to time. Not terribly hot though. I haven't had any issues.

Op there is no mention of wether it's cellular or wifi usage.

If your using safari over 3G the phone does warm up a little.

As for getting warm during gaming well that's perfectly normal.

On 3G, it will heat up very quickly.
