iPhone 4S (No Sim)

Hello,

So I'm planning on buying an iPhone 4S from the US, actually it's my first iPhone and I'll be buying it from Best Buy, but I don't know do I have to choose a plan while buying it, as in do I have to choose my network company (AT&T, Sprint or whatever) ? - The thing is I live here in Egypt so can I buy the iPhone from the US and jailbreak it here without a SIM? .

wait till November and you can buy a unlocked phone from Apple no contract. Other wise you are singing a contract for two years with ETF's etd

Or just buy the 4 unlocked right now. They dropped the price $100 from when it first went on sale in June.
