iPhone 4S pre-order for oct 28th

Will there be a pre-order for the countries getting the iPhone 4S on the 28th? I checked and can't find any info on it on the Irish apple online store.

The U.S were able to pre-order the phone from the 7th of October, 2 weeks before release. I'm expecting the announcement for pre-orders to come out some time later today. I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing a pre-order period.

I know about the countries that got it on the 14th but haven't heard anything for us. Would be great if you're right! I don't mind if pre-order is a few days before release, as long as I get it on the 28th

Well the Apple Store has gone down, so this could be an indication that it's coming.
