iphone 4s problems. My iphone wont sync with my music or apps when i plug it in my mac on the 5th step i continuously loads "changes with out stoping my iphone is now fully charged and its been an hour

when i plug my iphone into my mac the 5 step (saving changes) continually loads. Even after letting it sync for an hour it des not stop. My 3gs works fine what should I do?

Since you have the option of calling Apple tech support, that would be a faster solution.

did. spent 2 hours on a phone just to be told go to the genius bar. anyone else having these problems this 4s is a piece of junk

I would try restoring the phone to see if that helps.
