iPhone 4S radio crashing a lot

On my iPhone 4S my cellular radio crashes every so often and I have to reboot to get it back.

Didn't happen on iOS 6 -- at all.

Restore as NEW, don't use backups

Since I didn't use betas, I shouldn't have to do that to work around a bug.

Don't use a backup because it may be corrupt also. Not sure what your reference to using a beta is for.
