iPhone 4S sound

The sound on my iPhone isn't working it only works when someone calls and my alarm. I know that my mic isn't working cause when I record I can't hear anything. My sound doesn't work for my texts and games. Can someone help. Thanks
 
The speakers on the 4S are a lot louder than the speakers on the 4. I noticed this when I had my 4S and my cousin had her 4, and we were at a bowling alley.

Try taking it to the Apple Store. Maybe a "Genius" can help you.
