I have my Iphone 4s which was jailbroken with evasi0n on 6.1.2 and i installed a theme on cydia and applied it on Winterboard. Once I respringed my iphone it took an awful long time at the apple logo. so I did a hard reboot and it showed the apple logo for 15 seconds then the logo turns dim and stays like that . Ive spent all day trying to fix this (multiple reboots and attempted to boot in start mode) but all efforts seem futile. So then i just considered restoring my phone but even that wont work, i have it restore to 6.1.2 and not 6.1.3 because i plan to jailbreak it again if i fix it. But every time i try to do a restore on itunes it says device not connected. Then i tried doing a recovery fix in tinyumbrella then i get an error message after it prepares for restoration alternating between 1601 and 3194 . I really need my phone back and i'm getting really tired trying to fix my phone all day. Any insight or help would be highly appreciated.

Apple is no longer signing 6.1.2. With an iPhone 4S, your only choice is to restore to 6.1.3. If you have to restore (which is sounds like you do), there is absolutely no way for you to restore to 6.1.2, you most update to 6.1.3.
