Can someone please resize this iPhone 5-resolution wallpapers into iPhone 4S ?

I tried to use it on 4S resolution but the picture become blurry since the picture is zoomed to fit the screen..

1 is make the red flash out
2 is make the black flash out
3 is no red flash and black flash
