Is anyone else having major WIFI problems with the 4S?


Running speedtest.net I'm getting very poor performance

Ping 56ms
download 0.54mbps
upload 0.15mbps

I've tired 2 different routers and changed from mixed mode to N or G and always the same

Nope. Mine seems normal. 4.95mbps download and 0.95mbps upload.

Iphone 4S wifi issues

hey guys. anyone out there having iPhone 4s wifi issues when using extreme base station. My macpro, iMac, iPad all works just fine but the iPhone 4s for some reason is sooooo slow. i tried pretty much everything (hard reset on base station, restore iPhone to factory settings, network restore etc) but still same problem. i know the phone is okay because as soon as i connect to another wifi source it works just fine. if anyone is having this issue and found a solution please help.

No issues here. Connected to an Apple Extreme Airport (802.11n) and Comcast cable. It's not getting my full 30+ down, but is getting my full 5 up.

Time to buy an Apple Airport base station....

I reset my microcell and also reset the network settings on the phone.
Seems to be fine now.
