iPhone 4S Won't Charge with Car Charger

I don't know why, but for some reason my iPhone 4S won't charge with my car charger. My iPhone 4 will and everything else will also. Did they change the device driver/connectivity to not allow it to charge with some devices?🙁

I don't think so. My Griffin car charger bought when I got the 3G worked fine.
