Hello, i was just about to replace a iPhone 4s screen but before i did i forgot that the battery was plugged out, i accidently touched a resistor "i think" with a metal screwdriver and it sparked, i hope you guys could help me with this issue.

Ill be uploding a picture below with the spot where it sparked below. Thank you again.

Look around that area for any burned or deformed components. If you find something AND you're good with a soldering iron AND you can find out the value of the damaged part, you can do the repair.

Otherwise, I don't know.
