iphone 5/4s unveiling date

ok, so I am thinking that the iPhone 4s/5 is going to be released in September. If this is true, based on the time between when an iphone was announced and released, when might Apple announce the next iPhone?

I'm guessing within a week of the event for the United States and maybe a little later for the rest of the world. Though holding the event back to September might allow them to have them ready for the whole world at the same time.

Announced September 12th, 2011 and release 2 weeks later on September 23rd, 2011.

They will probably announce it a couple weeks before they release it

They'll probably announce it at the usual iPod event, and release it a couple weeks after. So we're looking at beginning of September.
