I personally feel that Apple will increase the screen size with the next iPhone. I just hope the phone itself is not much larger, and I do NOT want it smaller. Frankly, I think the present size is just about perfect.

More importantly than hardware, in my opinion, is what Apple will do with iOS. It's in need of some improvements, namely to the keyboard, safari, and lack of voice navigation.

I can't wait for iOS 6 to be unveiled.

The next iPhone may be the one I've been waiting for.
I'm hoping for LTE and a bigger screen (at least 4-5 inches).
If they can do that, I may not have to upgrade every year.

Enjoy your Nokia...

I personally don't see them changing the size. MAYBE 3.7... but I also personally don't want it bigger than that. Cellphone should be able to fit into my pocket. Those Galaxy Notes or whatever they are called(I can't keep track, a new one comes out the next day, because the other one failed), are too big.
Why do people continuously compare a slightly larger iPhone screen (meaning max 4") to a behemoth like the 5.3" galaxy note?

If you ever had your hands on a 4" phone like the Samsung Captivate, you'd see you can barely tell the difference in size.

I went to Android after the iPhone 4 bcuz 4S wasn't attractive. I think 4" screen should be minimum and once anyone uses a bigger screen can't go back to 3.5-3.7!

I did - I went from an SGS 2 to the iPhone 4s and couldn't be happier :)
I much prefer the form factor and small size of the 4s to the SGS2 and really don't see the attraction of a huge screen on a phone
