iPhone 5...after jailbreaking,missing all icons

im newbie here in forum.
i have a problem to my iphone 5, 6.0.1 ios....
after jailbroken all the icons are missing...
is it possible to restore?

done...through updating 6.0.1 to 6.1.3

done...through updating 6.0.1 to 6.1.3...
icons comes out but updated to 6.1.3.
is it possible to jailbreak it through evassion.

Ouch... Sorry, a jailbreak for 6.1.3 is not available at this time.
