iPhone 5 and tethering

Well, if with ATT you really dont need tethering if add an ipad to a share everything plan. My wife and I have 2 phones and 2 ipads on the share plan with 4 gigs. I know people hate ATT, but where I live the LTE is good and their service has always been good to us, your mileage may vary by area.
