Ok, so I got my new iphone five, like a week ago. Today I'd turn wifi on, and select my home wifi. It would load, say it connected, but stay on LTE or 3G. I called the online tech support, and the guy told me that it was probably a virus that was in the WIFI. I'm now super confused and ticked off. It just loads, and only once has it said "unable to connect to wifi". Someone please explain this annoying sorcery.:mad::mad::mad::mad::confused::confused::confused::confused:

A virus on a stock iphone or a virus thats on the wifi router?
Whoever told you any of that is clueless.
Most likely one of the many wifi issues with ios 6.0 and the i5.
Try a reset network settings and restart your router.
I been having issues connecting to many wifi networks also with my i5.
Hoper 6.0.1 will be released soon to address many of those issues.

if you are on verizon, there is a carrier update that needs to be loaded to the iphone to fix it. force re-start your iphone, and it should load.
