iPhone 5 AT&T availability in CA

AT&T Stores seem to be out and Apple stores are still crowded. My iPhone 5 is loose on the left corner of the screen and it came with a nice scuff mark on the lower left side along with a scratch above the front facing camera...

I purchased at an AT&T Store, will they do an exchange on a defective unit or do I have to return it to them and wait 72 hours for my eligibility to return to try and get a new one? Not interested in going to an Apple store very far away!

I would think that you would be better served by calling your local AT&T store with your query.

AT&T will probably make you call AppleCare for warranty service...

California is pretty big. However, I know a lot of Apple Stores here in LA are sold out. My friend tried to reserve at 10:05 and they were sold out. :\

Apple stuff is way too popular here in Orange County, CA. It's sold out everywhere I went.
