Have you contacted your provider or Apple? The reason is a lot of other people have experienced the same problem only to find out the status just was never updated. They called their provider and was given a tracking number over the phone.

Thanks. I just called Apple. They said it should ship out today and I should have my tracking information by tonight or tomorrow.
 
On Apple's site my order still shows as 'Preparing for Shipment'. I entered my Apple web order number in the tracking reference field (minus last 2 numbers) on the UPS site. It shows as shipping from ZhengZhou, China with a scheduled delivery of Monday, 10/15 End of Day. The shipment date range on the UPS site only extends to the current date for delivery when you use the calendar provided. You have to type the date in if you want to extend the range.

My iPhone left Louisville, KY this afternoon and is on it's way to Atlanta...after sitting there since 1:15 AM yesterday. My lightning to 30-pin Adapter shipped yesterday from Mount Juliet, TN with a scheduled delivery of Monday 10/15...it arrived this morning at 11:30.

It left Louisville around 2:00pm...it has been sitting in Atlanta since 10/13. Still doesn't say out for delivery. It is supposed to arrive today.

It arrived yesterday morning at 11:00AM. No scratches looks great! I haven't had any issues with it so far. :apple: 😀
 
Received mine yesterday...16GB black GSM (USA) week 39 build date perfect condition, no issues, couldn't be happier
(still won't preorder from apple online again though. Ridiculous wait)
