Are you asking if there is a software unlock via jailbreaking?

If that's what you mean, then no. Software unlocks officially died about five years ago.

As said by eyoungren, there hasn't been a software unlock ever since the iPhone 4 (initial baseband 1.59.00)

Besides a carrier unlock, your best bet would be with a sim interposer (assuming that there is one that works with your specific setup)
