Iphone 5 battery problem

Hi, i buy a new battery for iphone 5, my iphone is cdma model, i put the new battery in iphone but it works just connected at pc or charging , when open logo apple appear and restart after 2 sec and so . I tried to DFU Mode, when ipsw unpacked and iphone restarted it says ituns not restored , error 21
