Iphone 5 battery replacement and screen question.

I have 3 iphone 5's i replaced the battery on one of them and had to disconnect a wire to the camera to open the top of it. When i went to replace a battery on the 2nd phone i opened it ip but the camera is connected differently withoit a wire. I can find no information on this and the battery connection is wider also. What gives?

Take a look at this guide on the iFixit site, it is the definitive guide for iPhone 5 repairs. If your phone is made differently, then it either isn't an iPhone 5 (it might be a 5S) or something else is going on. Perhaps you could post a picture of the inside so that I can give you a better answer.
