Iphone 5 Battery Replacement

Hello , im experiencing huge battery drains on my Iphone 5 ,
so i've wanted to ask , does battery replacement improve battery life ?
have anybody replaced it ? if so tell me please what was the result .

ios 7.1.2
phone is 1 year old
3 hours of usage

Defenitly.... Since i got my iphone swapt i am facing really amazing battery stats!
For example today to show u what my battery stats were: i was already charging my phone , but i remember my stats before charging , check the picture, insteaf of 40% it should be 32%!

This picture was also of today, before charging my iphone 5 but being on 41% before charging!
