I just bought a charger from Wal-Mart for like 10 bucks that had two USB ports and a car charging port. Makes it easy because you don't need some special iPhone charger just to charge your phone in the car...you can just use the one it came with.

I just bought one (the only model they had) from the CellPhoneShop online for $11+$4 shipping. I'll see how it works, but I've had good luck with car chargers I've ordered through them before.

There's tons of the same thing out there... But this way you won't get screwed by having different iDevices with the old and new Apple connections.

I like the Mediabridge USB car charger. Even gives enough juice to charge the iPad.

Yup, it should. The iPad mini pulls the same amount of power as the iPhone as far as I know. They ship with the same power brick.
