iPhone 5 Car Charger?

Anyone have any recommendations for a good iPhone 5 car charger?

Things to note:
I do not have a USB input in my car, but I have a standard 12 volt power supply.

I have a dual USB charger in both of my cars. This way, my wife and I can charge our iPhones.
