iPhone 5 Cases with Lightning-30pin Adapter Compatibility

So I just had my Lightning-30pin adapter delivered, and sure enough, the adapter is too stocky for my case, hence the Lightning connector doesn't sit in my phone. Apparently this is the same with the Switch Easy Tones which I have ordered too.

My audio setup in my car is useless at the moment as I have a 30pin dock cable coming from out of the dash.

I thought it may be a good idea to have some sort of list (with links) to cases where the adapter has a good fit.

Will head off to the shops after work and see if I can get a case with a big enough opening/exposed bottom, otherwise I'll have to order one online.

If you want to re-edit your top post with a running list of cases that "Work" and cases that "Don't Work" I think it would help. Also you need to separate the Lighting to 30 pin small rectangle adapter from the 0.2m cable adapter.
