iPhone 5 charging problem?

I have iphone 5 and i have problems with charging.
1-I put in charge and can not charge ,it go from 3 persent to 100persent and when i turn off and turn on i see 32 persent,and turn off and turn on i see 12persent.
2-I chanche the buttery with a new one,the same problem again.
3-I change the dock charger ,and the same problem again.
What to do ,please help!

I would say you need a new battery. Take it to the apple store, they can test it.

You've had several responses:

Take it to the apple store, they can test it.

You need to take the phone to Apple. My best guess, if a new battery doesn't fix the problem, is the logic board is bad.
