iPhone 5 Clone; Final design?

Below are pictures of a cloned iPhone 5. It matches up pretty well to the one seen publicly on the train. It very well may be what it will look like.

This actually looks really good. Buttons could be better and I hope the outer frame won't be chrome.

The iPad 2 models going around turned out to be what it looks like so I guess there is a chance this could be it.

I think the phone on the train was a 3GS. It's not a 'cloned' iPhone 5 until there is an iPhone 5 to clone. At the moment it's just a fake iPhone 5.
