iPhone 5 connection speed?

I tested with SpeedTest, ATT. The download speeds are:
- 20M/S on LTE
- 6M/S WiFi
- 1M/S 4G
Is LTE that faster than WiFi? Is 4G that slow or just because I'm indoor?
