iPhone 5 disabled, no iClooud or iTunes, need to enable.

Can someone please help? This iPhone is disabled and no iTunes and iCloud.

Jailbroken iPhone 5 on iOS 7, no SSH or AFC2 installed.
 
I don't get.
How is it disabled? Who's phone is it?
What do you mean no iCloud or iTunes?
Is it activation locked with find my iPhone?
 
It's my friend's phone. It is disabled by passcode lock.

I mean he is not signed in to iCloud and backing up/syncing and that he doesn't have iTunes.
 
If it's disabled by too many wrong passcode attempts then it needs a restore with iTunes.
No other way around it.
If it's icloud locked and again your "friend" doesn't know the iCloud password then it's a useless brick that you can't do anything with.

It's disabled. Some of his friends though it would be funny to try and guess the passcode until it disabled!!!
