Anyone having this problem ? when i'm making phone calls, the earspeaker got no sound. But loud mode or using earpiece is fine.

This happened to me. I brought it in for a replacement. Genius had no clue what was happening, so he just swapped it out. Weird thing is, the speaker worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn't.

Same ! sometimes it work sometime it doesn't :confused: BUt if i bring it in for a replacement. Will i be getting a referbish iphone 5 ? :mad: since i got this phone for almost a month if i'm not wrong.

They'll give you a replacement. Not sure if they're refurbished at this point. It doesn't really matter if it is. Refurbished phones receive new outer housings, so they look new. If it hasn't been a month, you're free to return and repurchase as well. Not sure how well that would go though, as stock is still pretty constrained.
