Iphone 5 email advise please

I am looking for a bit of technical advice if i may.
When looking on ebay i see an email envelope withing the sellers listing.
Now when i click on this email envelope on my iphone up pops my email but the To & Subject field are blank and should be completed.

When i do the same on my ipad all is ok,i mean the To & Subject field are completed no problem as they should be.
I have also tried this on my pc and yet again all as it should be.
Please can you advise where on my iphone 5 i need to make the change etc so when my email pops open its completed.

Are you using the ebay app or the mobile site?

I have the site on my pc.
I have sent the url via email to myself as a test.
Clicking on the link in my ipad takes me to the page and the fields are completed.
When i do the same on the iphone they are blank.
On the iphone it does ask open in app,so i click on theis and taken to the site but same happens.
Some settings must be different between iphone & ipad.
I did have the phoned replaced 2 weeks ago and just noticed this issue i am having where on my original iphone 5 it worked all ok.
