iPhone 5 front camera not working- missing resistors/parts on logic board

can someone help me with how to fix my iPhone front camera, shutter won't open after I did a screen replacement. Seems like i broke off a resistor, I have seen posts in the past but none of them have been clear, They say to make a jumper but I don't know what to jump and how, or even what jumping means. Thanks!

sorry, you're working on something way over your head. No way you'd repair a surface mounted component. Even the corner store electronic repair shop would have a hard time.

Your best bet is to get a new logic board at this point.

Wow that phone looks like a mess, is it normal for that much rubbish to get inside from general use?
