Hello

I was wondering if anyone had encountered this situation and could advise how it can be resolved.

I was updating my iphone 5 to iOS 8, I didn't have a lot of space on the phone as it is only a 16GB model, so i connected it to my iMac (running 10.9.4) and updated the phone via itunes (11.4).

It seemed to be going ok, downloaded and installing, then a message on itunes came up, not sure exactly what it said, but something about not being able to update, the phone was about 75% through updating and now it seems to have totally frozen, its been about an hour and it is stuck on this screen:

Any advice appreciated
