i have a gap on the front of my white one between the bezel and the glass, it seems like everyone has a gap somewhere on their phone ):

I had that on my phone along the top glass & aluminum edge as well as a recessed home button and I had no problem getting a swap at the Apple store. 🙂

I recently got a replacement from apple. It's new and they assured me it will be a new one.
