iPhone 5 in February?

I don't think Apple is going to take the wind out of their best selling iPhone yet. I think they will ride it out a while and let people enjoy their toy. I can imagine the uproar if an all new design came out in the near future.

I don't know, I don't think so (I expect either June or October, honestly, October makes a whole lot of sense for them to move the schedule to so I really suspect October. I mean they have the Macs and iPad for the spring to get people excited and October puts the new upgrade right before the Christmas season when people are thinking gifts so it's a great time to release a new product).
But I gotta say, I would really hope so (even more than I hope it's June and not October). My upgrade is at the end of February and that would mean I could decide whether I want a 4S or a 5 without having to wonder if I'll have to only wait 4 months to see or 8 months.
I am wondering whether I'd prefer the 4S because there's at least one thing I suspect the 5 will have that if it doesn't have at least a significantly faster processor than the 4S I might consider the 4S, which is LTE cause I honestly don't want to lose my unlimited. But if it has other really nice features over the 4S I might consider it.

Do you have any idea how pissed users would be if they released another phone 4mos after the 4s. Won't happen, if it the thing is already designed and waiting to go into production, they wouldn't do it for the fear of backlash. Especially with Jobs gone, the headlines would be out of control. "The new direction of Apple".
