iPhone 5 lock button shallower?

Has anyone else noticed that the iPhone 5 lock button is shallower and harder to press compared to the iP4, or is that just my phone or me?

mine is like that also. still clicks nicely but also rattles like mad.

Same clicks firmly but rattles and when you touch it it has enough room to move about and make noise very cheaply

Sounds like a defect to me. My sleep button is very firm with no rattle or movement. Feels like the last generation devices.
