iPhone 5 mail-in repair inventory

Anybody know what inventory levels are like for mail-in replacements? Anybody been stuck waiting?

The flash on my launch day 5 isn't working and I have to mail it in. However I don't want to be stuck without a phone while Apple waits for inventory at their warehouse.
