iPhone 5 making ticking noises

Hi
Do you know the sound of holding your phone close to a stereo and the boxes make noises because of the radation before you receive a message? (this is with older stereo systems)
Well my new iPhone 5 makes these sounds on its own...
i can't remember my previous, now stolen, iPhone 5 did this.
Is this normal, anything I can do about it?
If a remember well, each time I heard the noises the iPhone was charging and the stereo was turned on (but on a distance of +-5 meters)
