iPhone iPhone 5 "other" space

I've noticed with the newest version of iTunes (11.0.2) that when you restore and set up as new, your other space is less than what it was when restoring using a previous version of iTunes.

My other space after installing everything back onto my phone is now at 682mb whereas when I restored last month using iTunes 11.0.1 my other space was 850mb after putting everything back. Not sure if it has something to do with the newest iTunes managing data better or what.

That whole, "Other" space taken up on my phone is a mystery to me. It could be that some of the "Other" stuff was reclassified back as an app or something else, if you still have the same left over capacity.
