iPhone 5 picture issue

I had a picture in my camera before I even used my new iPhone 5. The picture had a QRCode in the middle and below that it said 90% Pass LL/A. Anyone know what that is??

There has being a couple on here with the same picture in their camera roll as well but with 80%, 85%.
